Infrastructure Engineer, 2011 - Present

• Work on a 5 person team supporting over 1200 WIndows Servers
• Manage a 50+ Host, 500+ Guest VMWare Environment
• Responsible for software/hardware installs for Windows Servers
• HP C Class Hardware and Blade Chassis
• Build ESX servers using HP Blade Servers
• Handle all changes pertaining to DNS and DHCP
• Currently developing a project plan to decommission a child domain

• Developed backups solution and disaster recovery model that is used for all of our clients
• Developed workflow and procedures used by our helpdesk
• Served as escalation point on most customer related issues
• Managed entire WIndows Server environment for 10 clients totaling over $35,000 a month in reoccurring revenue
• Installed and managed WSUS for two clients, totaling 105 servers and 400 desktops
• Managed a VMWare 4.0 environment that contained 100 virtual Windows servers
